Vacancy Commercial Director with experience in auto electronics or auto accessories Ukraine+ CIS
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of the company's commercial strategy to increase sales and profitability.
- Managing the sales department, setting goals and controlling their fulfillment.
- Analyzing the market of auto accessories, monitoring competitors and market trends.
- Formation and management of the assortment policy of the company.
- Development and implementation of effective pricing strategies.
- Searching for and establishing partnerships with new customers and suppliers, development of existing relationships.
- Control over the implementation of the sales plan, analysis and optimization of business processes.
- Preparation of reports for management on key performance indicators (KPI).
- Developing and controlling the implementation of marketing campaigns and activities aimed at product promotion.
- Training and development of the sales team, conducting training and coaching sessions.
Requirements:
- Higher education in marketing, business or related disciplines.
- Experience in senior positions in sales and marketing of auto accessories from 5 years.
- Deep understanding of the auto accessories market, its trends and peculiarities.
- Successful experience in developing and implementing commercial strategies.
- Excellent team management and employee development skills.
- High communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with large amounts of information, analytical thinking.
- Readiness for business trips and intensive work.
- English language skills at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate will be an advantage.
