Job Title: Client Success Manager
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1800 USD + Bonus

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

Were looking for a confident, proactive Client Success Manager who thrives in building relationships, managing expectations, and delivering exceptional service. You'll play a key role in onboarding clients, maintaining high-touch engagement, and ensuring long-term satisfaction as they scale their podcast initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, consistent communication and strong relationships.
  • Manage onboarding, expectations, and client satisfaction using HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely, high-quality service.
  • Create light support content (e.g. guides, newsletters, instructional videos).
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and drive referrals/testimonials.
  • Maintain a proactive, client-first approach while confidently addressing challenges.


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as customer service, coaching, consulting, or account management.
  • Proven track record in client relationship management or a related field.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Capable of managing multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to take initiative.
  • Familiarity with marketing or business development is a plus.
  • Extroverted personality preferred; someone confident and people-oriented.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience using Calendly for scheduling and client coordination.
  • Familiarity with Canva for creating simple visuals or client-facing materials.
  • Background in podcast management (excluding editing tasks).
  • Exposure to YouTube marketing, including repurposing content or optimizing for engagement.
  • Light to moderate graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
