Job description

We’re currently hiring a Customer Support Representative to join a mission-driven irrigation services team committed to delivering top-quality solutions to homeowners and businesses.

In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of daily operations—serving as the go-to support for both technicians and customers. You’ll manage scheduling, customer communication, and administrative follow-ups to ensure smooth and professional service delivery. If you're highly organized, love helping people, and want to be part of a close-knit team that treats each other like family, this role is for you.

You’ll work closely with technicians and leadership to ensure customers have an outstanding experience from initial inquiry through post-service support. Your work will directly contribute to improving operational flow and customer satisfaction.

Salary - $1100 / month

Type of Work - Full Time (REMOTE)

Work Schedule - Arizona time

Requirements

  • In depth background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding on the pros & cons involved in this industry).
  • 2+ years in a customer service, operations, or administrative support role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience with scheduling tools or CRM systems is a plus
  • Comfortable using tools like email, text platforms, and cloud-based apps
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive with a problem-solving mindset
  • Able to work independently in a remote setup
  • Experience in service-based or technician support industries is a bonus
