We are currently seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Ride-Sharing App Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology, transportation, and delivering outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking users of ride-sharing apps.


Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients using the ride-sharing app via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to ride bookings, account management, promotions, and app functionality.
  • Effectively address and resolve customer complaints and issues to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and ensure timely follow-up on unresolved inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Stay updated with app features, policies, and safety protocols to provide accurate information to users.
  • Gather feedback from customers to support continuous improvement initiatives for the app.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the tech or ride-sharing sectors.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and standard office software.
  • A proactive approach to assisting clients, with excellent organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
