Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding mobile banking services via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about account management, mobile app functionality, and transaction issues.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to enhance their banking experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and track follow-ups to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Educate customers on the features of mobile banking and help them maximize their usage.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address complex issues and improve service quality.
  • Gather customer feedback to support ongoing improvements in the mobile banking services offered.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support, particularly in banking or financial services, is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building customer relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications.
  • A proactive approach to customer service and issue resolution.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
