Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding gaming products, services, and esports events through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, product features, and gameplay support.
  • Handle customer complaints and effectively resolve issues to ensure a positive gaming experience.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly and follow up on outstanding inquiries.
  • Collaborate with game developers and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support issue resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest gaming trends, events, and product updates to provide knowledgeable assistance.
  • Gather feedback from customers to support continuous improvement initiatives and product enhancements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the gaming or esports industry.
  • Strong knowledge of gaming culture and current esports trends.
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping customers.
  • Proficiency in customer support software and standard office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings as required.
