This role is perfect for individuals passionate about health and wellness, who wish to provide exceptional service to Spanish-speaking customers.


Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and concerns about health and wellness products.
  • Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and general inquiries related to the health and wellness department.
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Stay knowledgeable about the latest health and wellness trends, product offerings, and company promotions to provide informed assistance to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales and product development, to address customer feedback and needs.
  • Promote a positive customer experience by actively listening and providing tailored solutions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the health and wellness sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with a calm and professional approach.
  • Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • A strong interest in health and wellness products and a desire to help customers improve their well-being.
