Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Hotel Reservations & Hospitality Department. Join our team and play a key role in providing exceptional service to Spanish-speaking clientele in the vibrant hospitality industry.


Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, assisting them with hotel reservations and inquiries.
  • Manage bookings, changes, and cancellations while ensuring a smooth reservation process.
  • Provide detailed information on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with hotel staff and management to ensure customer needs are met throughout their stay.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records for future reference.
  • Stay updated on the latest hotel promotions, policies, and trends in the hospitality sector.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with hotel booking systems and customer service software is an asset.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.
