Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding the online marketplace platform through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, product listings, transactions, and platform features.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve platform functionalities.
  • Educate customers about platform policies, security measures, and promotional offerings.
  • Gather feedback from clients to contribute to continuous improvement of services and user experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within e-commerce or online marketplace sectors.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
