We are currently seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Home Entertainment Systems Department. Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding home entertainment systems via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to product specifications, troubleshooting, installation, and warranty services.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and technical issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on unresolved queries.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to address complex service issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Educate customers on product features, updates, and best practices for optimal usage.
  • Gather feedback from customers to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support, ideally in the consumer electronics or home entertainment industry.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible manner.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and standard office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
