The Opportunity
At UserTesting, we believe employees should be rewarded in meaningful, competitive, and equitable ways. As our Senior Manager, Total Rewards, you will lead the design, execution, and optimization of global compensation and benefits programs that align with our growth strategy and commitment to employee experience.
In this high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for both strategy and execution—balancing hands-on program management with strategic guidance to People Business Partners, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and senior leadership. You’ll help shape how we attract, retain, and reward top talent globally, with a focus on both fairness and scalability.
This role may or may not have direct reports, but will serve as a lead owner of our total rewards function.

What you'll bring
7+ years of progressive experience in compensation and/or global benefits, preferably in mid-size, fast-paced, international organizations.
Strong understanding of compensation frameworks, benchmarking, pay equity, and incentive design.
Experience managing global benefits programs and vendor relationships across multiple regions.
Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Experience with Workday compensation and benefits modules.
Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a proactive, consultative approach.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field required; CCP or CEBS certification a plus.
