Job description

As the Senior Recruitment Marketing Program Manager, you will be responsible for C.H. Robinson's North & South America recruitment marketing strategy, as well as special programs needed to meet hiring goals across the company. You will partner with global recruitment teams on enterprise talent marketing initiatives while consulting on local initiatives for other regions.

In addition to leading recruitment marketing efforts, you will play an active role in hands-on recruiting for key hiring initiatives, helping to attract and engage top talent. You will collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to source, screen, and guide candidates through the hiring process as needed.

You will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and work closely with TA leaders and the Corporate Communications team to set and execute the recruitment marketing strategy. You will manage our recruitment marketing agency relationships and job board partners to ensure we're meeting short- and long-term hiring goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Consult and collaborate with talent acquisition leaders to develop effective talent attraction strategies
  • Work with agency partners to gather and document performance metrics to generate actionable insights and recommendations that optimize outcomes
  • Own and analyze global labor market insights for our largest regions, providing strategic recommendations based on employer brand maturity and talent availability
  • Partner with corporate communications team to collaborate on visual assets and ensure alignment across global marketing initiatives Own and manage the Workday CRM tool, ensuring effective candidate engagement and developing recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent
  • Oversee career site strategy and enhancements to improve the candidate experience
  • Enable recruiters to successfully leverage job boards and social channels to attract and engage candidates through education, one-on-one coaching, etc., while also managing the administration of recruiter access to designated platforms
  • Actively participate in recruiting efforts for key roles by sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates to support hiring goals

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing recruitment-related programs and projects or 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience with C.H. Robinson.

Compensation Range

$65,300.00 - $135,600.00
