The role of Performance Execution Manager requires a unique blend of skill, knowledge, and leadership to successfully deliver the company's objectives. As such, the individual must possess a level of expertise in sourcing agreements, teaming relationships, process improvement and other areas that support the organization’s growth and resiliency goals. 

The core responsibilities of this role include process harmonization and driving organizational efficiency through process development, as well as, driving the development and execution of strategic proposal strategies that multiply the impact across all divisions. This includes long-term pricing schemes, collaborative agreements, intellectual property licensing, corporate partnerships, and memorandum of understanding (MOUs) across all Raytheon strategic business units. Moreover, it is also critical for this individual to be an effective leader who can mentor supply chain professionals while developing a talent pipeline.

Beyond these primary tasks, this individual must also demonstrate a thorough market insight to identify potential partners with whom Raytheon may benefit from forming business collaborations. Furthermore, this individual should remain apprised on industry trends and regulations as well as possess strong negotiation skills to ensure successful agreement outcomes. Finally, this position demands excellent communication skills as collaboration with colleagues from different business units is essential for aligning with internal and external stakeholders.

The position is fully Remote.

This position is currently designated as fully remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories).

What You Will Do:
 

  • Identify and address gaps and inefficiencies in existing processes to improve performance of the procurement organization
  • Develop and implement change management strategies
  • Utilize Global Supply Chain Management processes and best practices to drive the Procurement organizations cost and schedule performance.
  • Be an influencing voice in bidding and proposal activities
  • Implement proposal strategies for all commodity categories to support programmatic and customer goals
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Program and Suppliers to develop strategies that meet the needs of our customer.
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships across business units and the supply base.
  • Support multiple supply chain organizations to ensure proposal strategies are aligned with Commodity Strategies

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of twelve (12) years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience.
  • Experience with process change/development, change management and proposal support.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Master’s degree in a related field
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating and influencing across functions and programs. 
  • Working knowledge of domestic and international procurement, subcontract, and supplier management
  • Thorough understanding of the defense procurement processes, policies and procedures, in addition to EX/IM and FAR/DFAR regulations. 
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and create an environment of trust, respect and collaboration. 
  • Requires deep management and leadership knowledge to lead cross-department project teams or manage across multiple related departments.

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
