Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY
This position serves as the training liaison for supporting GBS operational groups. This position coordinates weekly calls to schedule upcoming training, provides updates to training that has occurred, and gathers feedback from customer agents about additional information needed. This position develops process improvements and generates reports to provide managers with statuses of training projects. This position supervises others.
