Position Overview:

The HR Manager plays a crucial role in fostering a positive and productive work environment within The VA Group. This individual is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations run smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and Offboarding new employees.
  • HR ticketing system management
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Ensure Code of Conduct compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.

Schedule: Full-Time and (PST)
