Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Working Hours: 5 days a week | US Time Shift
Location:  Colombo 00500, Sri Lanka
Salary: Open for discussion (Market Rate)

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our remote team. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical expertise in ServiceNow and a solid understanding of JavaScript. You will play a key role in designing, customizing, and managing the ServiceNow platform to ensure seamless workflows and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Development: Develop and troubleshoot scalable applications and solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

  • Customization: Customize workflows, forms, dashboards, reports, and system integrations to align with business requirements.

  • Support & Troubleshooting: Provide end-user support, resolve technical issues, and conduct platform training where needed.

  • Platform Management: Oversee infrastructure, implement new modules, and drive architectural enhancements for optimal performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proficiency in JavaScript (mandatory).

  • Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform particularly ITSM (IT Service Management).

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with remote teams.
