Currently, we are seeking a Mid to Mi-Plus Product Designer with a strong English level to join our team. Here are the challenges that our next warrior will face and the requirements we look for:

Position Title: Mid to Mi-Plus Product Designer

Location: Remote (LATAM)

What you will be doing:

Translate product requirements into clean, user-centered designs using tools like Figma or Adobe XD
Collaborate closely with frontend developers (Angular-based) to ensure design intent is faithfully implemented
Participate in discovery sessions to understand user needs, pain points, and business goals
Support the continuous improvement of the admin portal and various platform experiences
Contribute to design documentation, style guides, and reusable components
Provide prototypes and design specifications for engineering handoff
Conduct internal usability reviews to validate concepts and proposed interactions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, SRE, QA) to ensure aligned product delivery
Help design for scalability and inclusion of various user personas over time
Support incremental improvements to current flows while planning for larger redesign initiatives in the next six months
Iterate designs based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and product constraints
Maintain consistent UX across components and ensure accessibility considerations are included where relevant
Communicate design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
Experience working in Agile environments, collaborating with developers in front-end frameworks like Angular
Ability to translate complex workflows into clean, intuitive user interfaces
Solid grasp of responsive design and ability to create adaptive layouts for web platforms
Skilled in designing for admin panels, dashboards, or B2B SaaS platforms
Comfortable interpreting technical constraints and iterating solutions accordingly
Effective communication skills in English (B2+ or higher) for cross-functional collaboration

Secondary Skills:

Experience with design systems and shared libraries for scalable UI
Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics or front-end implementation logic
Understanding of personas, journey maps, and task flows

Understanding of accessibility best practices (WCAG)
Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and time zones (EST/CST preferred)
