What experience is important to us:

• At least 3 years of experience as a casino product manager, with a total of 4+ years in the industry.

• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of key casino metrics (GGR, NGR, RTP, RR, C2R/R2D, LTV, Bonus Cost/Rate).

• Experience in A/B analysis, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Power BI.

• Understanding of UX/UI design.

• Deep knowledge of the Indian market and competitors or other relevant GEOs.

• Experience in casino bonus policy launches.

• Proven track record in product management, including roadmap development, design management, and successful project launches.

• Ability to generate reports, analyze product metrics, and present findings.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
   

What you will be doing:

• Managing a team of product managers (LATAM).

• Overseeing the creation of the promo calendar for projects.

• Analyzing the performance and popularity of different deposit payment methods.

• Controlling all key product metrics.

• Assessing and improving existing features, identifying successful cases, and implementing them in flagship projects.

• Developing wireframes and new product concepts for designers and developers.

• Managing and maintaining a product backlog, prioritizing and updating tasks.

• Conducting competitor analysis and researching new casino functionalities.

• Evaluating the effectiveness of the bonus and incentive system.
