What experience is important to us:
At least 3 years of experience as a casino product manager, with a total of 4+ years in the industry.
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of key casino metrics (GGR, NGR, RTP, RR, C2R/R2D, LTV, Bonus Cost/Rate).
Experience in A/B analysis, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Power BI.
Understanding of UX/UI design.
Deep knowledge of the Indian market and competitors or other relevant GEOs.
Experience in casino bonus policy launches.
Proven track record in product management, including roadmap development, design management, and successful project launches.
Ability to generate reports, analyze product metrics, and present findings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
What you will be doing:
Managing a team of product managers (LATAM).
Overseeing the creation of the promo calendar for projects.
Analyzing the performance and popularity of different deposit payment methods.
Controlling all key product metrics.
Assessing and improving existing features, identifying successful cases, and implementing them in flagship projects.
Developing wireframes and new product concepts for designers and developers.
Managing and maintaining a product backlog, prioritizing and updating tasks.
Conducting competitor analysis and researching new casino functionalities.
Evaluating the effectiveness of the bonus and incentive system.
