About the Role:

As the Global Senior Talent Transformation Manager, you will work cross-regionally to design and implement innovative people strategies. Reporting directly to the Global Chief People Officer, you will be responsible for leading organizational design, change management, and talent transformation projects, optimizing talent processes, and building frameworks that align with our business goals. This role requires a hands-on, can-do culture, where you will be expected to not only strategize but also execute and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cooperate closely with Global CPO to drive change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions in people and business strategies.
  • Lead Talent transformation initiatives to foster an inclusive and high-performance work environment.
  • Design and implement organizational structures and Target Operating Models (TOMs) to support strategic growth.
  • Drive change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions in people and business strategies.
  • Review and enhance existing talent processes, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
  • Execute and deliver high-impact projects from strategy to implementation.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and HR teams across regions to implement best practices in talent management.
  • Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations and reports to communicate key insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in talent strategy, organizational design, and cultural transformation at a senior level (minimum 8 years of professional experience).
  • Strong expertise in HR transformation, process improvement, and change management.
  • Experience working in international environment, delivering regional projects and initiatives.
  • Ability to both develop strategic frameworks and execute projects with measurable impact.
  • Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and engaging visuals.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
  • A can-do attitude with the ability to problem-solve and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
