What Your Day Will Look Like:
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
• Reconciliation: Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Budgeting: Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.
• Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits.
• Working closely with the Finance Business Partner to ensure group reporting and compliance
• Perform financial period close tasks and journal entries, along with Finance Manager
• Assist in financial integration for new acquisitions
• Participate in special projects and process improvements
Qualifications:
Financial Experience: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail in financial reporting and reconciliation, with curious mindset, capable of quickly learning new systems, and the desire to grow and develop over time
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies
Communication: Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders
Strong time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines
Time Management: Effective time management to meet strict deadlines
Financial Analysis: Experience in financial analysis and reporting
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with financial regulations and standards.
Minimum English B2 Level is mandatory
Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite is a plus
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Resourceful and will take initiative
