  • Drive adoption and effective use of Planet’s data and analytics within CARB’s methane emissions and air quality monitoring programs.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Technical Support teams to address customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Conduct training, webinars, and workshops to onboard CARB users and enhance their technical proficiency with Planet’s platform.
  • Proactively monitor account health and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize CARB’s workflows.
  • Advocate for CARB’s needs internally at Planet, influencing product roadmaps and future capabilities.
  • Support contract renewals and expansions by demonstrating value and aligning Planet’s offerings with CARB’s long-term objectives.
  • Track and report key success metrics, ensuring CARB achieves its regulatory and sustainability goals.

What You Bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles, preferably in environmental science, geospatial data, or climate technology.
  • Advanced understanding of remote sensing, methane emissions monitoring, and regulatory frameworks relevant to CARB’s work.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work with government agencies and technical teams.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for non-technical stakeholders.

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • Understanding of Hyperspectral applications
  • Experience with platforms like ArcGIS, QGIS, or Google Earth Engine
  • Previous Program Management experience
