interface.ai is seeking an experienced Solution Architect specializing in deploying solutions for financial institutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise and a nuanced understanding of the complex regulatory landscape within financial services technology.

What You Will Do:

Assist financial institutions in implementing AI-driven telephony and chat solutions
Architect secure, compliant communication systems that meet stringent regulatory requirements
Develop comprehensive technical frameworks integrating AI technologies with banking infrastructure
Ensure robust security protocols aligned with SOC2 and PCI compliance standards
Create detailed technical specifications and documentation for cross-functional implementation teams
Evaluate and recommend technological solutions that optimize system performance and regulatory adherence
Collaborate with financial institution stakeholders to understand unique technological requirements
Design scalable integration strategies with existing banking core systems
Generate advanced reporting and analytics to support solution implementation through SQL queries, Tableau, Apache Superset, and custom tooling
