Role: Senior Print Designer

About the Role: 

In a highly competitive and saturated marketplace creating visually stunning, impactful and effective creative work is essential. We want to create industry-leading, world class work that’s truly beautiful, smart, and effective.  

You will be providing large print artwork services. The support will also span from eCom, social, print and - other retail content needs. The role demands a consistent and accurate approach to layout and design to fulfil client’s briefs within agreed timescales and guidelines. Taking personal responsibility for time management and the completion of timesheets are all important requirements. Adobe Creative Suite skills are essential, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. We are also looking for someone with keen interests in learning automation and AI skills. 

What you'll be doing: 

  • Ownership of creative remastering of all print. The print ranges from OOH to instore3D retail space to transport/external domination. You will follow global campaign toolkits delivering a wide range of adaptations for multiple regions in local languages.   
  • You will have a wealth of knowledge around print and considerations for different formats. 
  • Act as a brand guardian, producing high quality artwork within tight timelines. 
  • As we foster a close working relationship with the clients you must be comfortable at presenting and taking client feedback. Building trust is key as to producing better work and it’s essential to drive to our growth and success.     
  • You will be working across many different categories, producing design to the client’s brief and exacting standards. You will independently or as a team, following instructions from producers and project managers, checking your work internally need to proactively manage projects within agreed timescalestaking into accountquality and consistency 
  • A strong passion for sport and particularly for the adidas brand.  
  • A strong background in a retail environment, both online and offline is imperative to this role 

 

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • Technical expertise in print, to work with media production plans and understand  specifications. Visual Arts BS/BA degree a plus 
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC suite applications specifically InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator 
  • Knowing when to bring in creative flare while sticking closely to brand guidelines.  
  • Experience working in an advertising agency; sports and lifestyle category is a plus 
  • Experience working with multi-language deliverablesand a global brand 
  • An excellent eye for detail and able to work from toolkits efficiently.  
  • Have a wealth of knowledge of doing print for instore.   
  • 3D modelling beneficial but not exclusive 
  • Minimum 5+ years relevant experience in: OOH, Press, Retail instore print
