Overview:

The Summer Hire will work closely with the US DevOps Team to accomplish the needs of the business. Intern will experience a global production workload that focuses on CI/CD principals delivered in an entirely Remote Cloud first environment.

Project Scope:

Implementation of Coralogix agents and ingestion
Deployment of resources using Terraform and Github Actions
Docker image build and updates
Management and optimization of AWS resources including EC2, EKS, etc.
Exposure to Ticket tracking and documentation using Atlassian tool set.

Deliverables/Milestones:

Successful intern will be asked to present a small presentation on what they learned during the internship, as well as 3 identified potential DevOps pain points that could be improved upon in the future.

Learning Objectives:

The Summer Hire will get hands on experience with the following:
- Terraform
- Github Actions
- Circle CI
- Yaml
- Jira / Confluence
- AWS Cloud infrastructure

This is an hourly contract role intended for college students as a summer internship. The role will start end of May and pays $20 per hour, 35 hours per week for approximately 2 months.
