Job Title: Technical Recruiter

About the Role
As a Technical Recruiter at Vantage, you’ll play a crucial role in scaling our world-class team that’s building the leading retail media platform in North America. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building processes, and has a sharp eye for identifying top-tier talent across technical and product roles.
Your focus will be on actively managing open roles, sourcing and engaging candidates, coordinating interview processes, and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting in SaaS or AdTech/MarTech companies and thrives in an execution-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Strategy
Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and product roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Collaborate with leadership to help forecast hiring needs and prioritize roles based on strategic goals.
Develop and refine role scorecards and interview plans that align with company values and team fit.
Candidate Sourcing & Outreach
Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, referrals, and other creative strategies.
Build and nurture a pipeline of top technical talent, especially in software engineering, data science, DevOps, and product management.
Hiring Operations & Process Optimization
Maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate, organized candidate records.
Contribute to a structured, equitable, and high-quality interview experience for all candidates.
Partner with marketing and leadership on employer branding initiatives, recruitment collateral, and job descriptions.
Cross-functional Partnership
Work closely with the engineering leaders at Vantage to align hiring with business priorities.
Collaborate with HR to support onboarding and help build documentation, onboarding processes, and culture initiatives.
3–5 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruitment, ideally in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of technical roles and hiring needs (e.g., software development, data, DevOps, product, design).
Proven ability to fill multiple roles quickly while maintaining a great candidate experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby, Lever, Greenhouse, Workable) and recruitment tools.
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Bonus: Exposure to AdTech, MarTech, or Retail Media hiring, or experience working closely with People Ops.
