In this role, you will maintain, uplevel, and collaborate with the Onboarding Manager to execute scalable enablement programs, ensuring that our go-to-market (GTM) teams can effectively communicate the value of our data platform, integrations, and AI-driven analytics. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Technical Sales Enablement Manager
  • Onboarding Execution & Delivery
  • Ensure clear, up-to-date reference materials for onboarding.
  • Customize onboarding for different technical audiences
  • Monitor completion rates, engagement, and feedback to improve onboarding effectiveness.
  • Align onboarding materials with the latest product features and roadmap.
  • Ensure onboarding aligns with company messaging and GTM strategies. 


  • Installation & Deployment Training
  • Ensures installation teams are fully trained on deployment best practices.
  • Maintain and enhance training programs on installation, setup, and deployment processes.
  • Work with Product and Support teams to create detailed installation guides.
  • Ensure installation teams are certified and follow compliance & security protocols.
  • Conduct on-site and remote installation enablement sessions.
  • Train field teams on troubleshooting and performance tuning.
  • Ensure alignment between pre-sales promises and post-sales deployment success.


  • Release Training Program Management
  • Work with SMEs to gather technical details and key changes.
  • Establish a Training Timeline
  • Work with Support & Customer Success to train teams on troubleshooting and customer impact.
  • Assess knowledge retention through quizzes, certifications, and practical exercises.


  • Maintain a Knowledge Base
  • Content Development & Knowledge Management
  • Develop interactive learning modules, technical documentation, and video-based training for scalable enablement.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the sales engineers are equipped with updated competitive intelligence and product positioning.


  • Evaluation and Improvement:
  • Gather and analyze data on technical programs effectiveness, including exam results, learner feedback, and industry trends.
  • Evaluate and improve the technical certification program, exam content, and learning materials based on data analysis and feedback.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in technical certification and assessment.



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales enablement, sales engineering, or technical training in a SaaS or enterprise software company.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles, technical selling strategies, and pre-sales processes.
  • Experience creating technical enablement content, sales playbooks, and training materials.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling sales messaging.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills for live and virtual training sessions.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, knowledge bases, and enablement tools (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Gong, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to execute multiple enablement initiatives simultaneously.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in cloud computing, cybersecurity, AI/ML, or other technical domains.
  • Familiarity with API integrations, proof-of-concept (PoC) processes, and demo environments.
  • Sales or Technical Certifications (e.g., AWS, GCP, Microsoft, or industry-specific).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts.
  • Project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for customer success and a deep understanding of customer education.

  • Familiarity with VAST Architecture, Installation, and competitor landscape.
