Our client is a fast-growing company in the energy space, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that provide real value to their customers. As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Consultant to join their remote sales team.
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and presenting tailored solutions. This position suits someone who thrives in a target-driven, dynamic environment and enjoys the autonomy of remote work.
Proactively prospecting, qualifying, and generating new leads through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn
Managing the complete sales cycle, from initial contact through to closing deals
Understanding client pain points and aligning solutions to meet their objectives
Collaborating with the marketing team on lead-generation campaigns and content strategies
Accurately recording sales activity in the company CRM
Consistently achieving or exceeding set sales targets
A minimum of 1–3 years' experience in a B2B sales or business development role
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated with strong time management and the ability to work independently
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales enablement tools
Solid understanding of the sales process and relationship-building strategies
Comfortable working remotely
