Job Description
As the US Sales Administrator, you’ll provide essential administrative support to the sales team, assisting in day-to-day operations and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales lifecycle.
Sales Support Responsibilities
Maintain and update customer data in HubSpot CRM.
Track sales activities, interactions, and follow-ups.
Prepare and organize proposals, presentations, contracts, and other sales materials.
Schedule and manage meetings, calls, and appointments for Sales Leaders.
Assist with sales reporting and track key metrics for Sales Leadership.
Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly filed.
Account Executive (AE) Support
Assist in creating and customizing proposals aligned with customer needs.
Act as a point of contact for clients to answer inquiries and provide timely updates.
Follow up post-meeting or proposal delivery to ensure client satisfaction and continued engagement.
New Business Onboarding
Support onboarding activities for new customers by coordinating documentation and internal communications.
Monitor early-stage interactions to identify and resolve concerns promptly.
Internal Coordination
Collaborate with Operations and Solutions Engineering teams throughout the sales cycle.
Communicate effectively on behalf of Account Executives and Directors to ensure customer expectations are met.
Help manage escalations and support alignment during new client onboarding.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a sales support, office administration, or similar role.
Experience working for a US-based Client/Business is required.
Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (required).
Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple calendars, appointments, and task deadlines.
Experience in drafting and managing client-facing proposals and documents.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
