The Delivery Director is a pivotal leadership position responsible for defining and executing the strategic direction of the delivery center. This role involves overseeing project and service delivery to ensure they meet client expectations, are completed on time, and stay within budget. The Delivery Director manages resources, fosters a culture of excellence, and collaborates with various teams to align the delivery center's capabilities with business development goals. Additionally, the role requires maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving innovation and best practices in service delivery.


Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the strategic direction for the delivery center, aligning with the company's overall business objectives and market demands.
  • Oversee the delivery of projects and services, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
  • Manage the delivery center's resources, including staffing, budgeting, and infrastructure, to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers, project leaders, and technical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to support business development efforts and ensure the delivery center's capabilities align with client needs.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of the delivery center, implementing strategies to improve service quality, reduce costs, and increase client satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, acting as an executive sponsor for key accounts and ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations within the delivery center's operations.
  • Drive innovation and adoption of best practices in project management, technology, and service delivery.
  • Represent the delivery center in executive meetings, contributing to the overall leadership and strategic direction of the organization.

  • Extensive experience in a senior management role within a delivery center or similar operation, with a proven track record of successful service delivery.
  • Strong background in managing large teams and complex projects within the IT or digital services industry.
  • Experience in strategic planning, resource management, and operational optimization.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively manage client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to drive operational excellence and business growth.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets and resources.


Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to OSF Digital. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role. In California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, Nevada, Rhode Island, and Vermont, the standard base pay range for this role is $170,000-190,000 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, Nevada, Rhode Island, and Vermont and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for competitive benefits, individual and team performance awards, others. Actual amounts will vary depending on overall profile, experience, and location.
