Job description

Summary:
The first priority is develop our brand, everything from business cards/brochures/flyers, to signage, tablet/monitor presentations and promotional items. The next step is develop our product. That includes Incorporating about 30 existing brands (beta customers and our other brands) into our presentation. After this first phase, a large portion of your role will involve delivering customer orders, designing new brands, and collaborating on operations and strategy.

Must Have:
- Intermediate or expert level graphic design experience using various media.
- Extensive experience, expert level skill or prodigious potential with “from scratch” development of marketing communications (logos, websites, flyers, presentations, promotional items, signage, video,etc.)

Nice to Have (Preferred skills added advantage, not mandatory):
- Extremely obsessed with customer experience, with an annoying level of accountability, responsibility and social intelligence.
- Experience in commercial, corporate and freelance marketing.
- Leadership experience and/or experience as a Creative Director.
- Skills, experience and aptitude with hardware, tools or basic carpentry.
- Experience designing, implementing and managing campaigns.
- Experience with hands-on digital/social media marketing. Expert level experience with resources like LinkedIn, YouTube, FB Marketplace, Pinterest, Eventbrite.
- Adwords/SEO experience/certifications.
- Video Production Experience (Lighting, Sound, Camera, Editing, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of printing, signage, promotional/physical marketing items and and knowledge of local, regional and web based printing marketplace.
- Experience designing/managing the technical/analytical marketing environment.
- Experience with metrics tracking processes/tools. Building dashboards. SQL/ETL, Scripts.
