The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced QA associate to join our team. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in performing the validation process through manual and synthetic tests using tools that may consist of Selenium, testRigor or Blazemeter,  ensuring the quality of our products/services before deployment

What You’ll Do

• Design and maintain effective manual and automated test cases/test scripts
• Perform manual and automation regression test execution
• Analyze requirements, identify potential issues and collaborate with developers to resolve issues
• Collaborate across teams to align with the testing of business requirements
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results

Qualifications

• Full Remote and must be willing to work on a mid-shift schedule (8PM to 5AM Philippine Time)
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field, or relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Katalon, Test Rigor, etc.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC practices
• Experience on python programming preferred
• 3+ years of experience on Manual & QA Automation
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for technical concepts.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments, adept at managing multiple priorities.
