Why You Should Join:

The Senior Channel Sales Manager reports to the Director of EMEA Regional Sales. This leader is responsible for developing the business strategy for the region while maximizing revenue, with the goal of outpacing market growth. They will drive indirect sales, focusing on market share growth across our Channel served customer base and key channel partners. Leading a team, this role will deliver an exceptional customer experience, leveraging a deep understanding of the connectors industry, customer base, distribution channels, and competitive landscape.

Your Main Tasks:
  • Develop and lead the business strategy for Channel served customers, Tier 2&3 EMS, cable harness makers, and distribution partners.
  • Lead the EMEA Channel sales team to meet or exceed commitments in revenue growth, customer expansion, market share, account profitability, and customer experience.
  • Build strategic, executive-level customer relationships, showcasing TE capabilities and technologies, capturing customer insights, and translating them into account and regional strategies to enhance TE’s market share.
  • Support Business Development Efforts, Account Plans, and Sales Strategies for Select Customers and our Channel partners.
  • Ensure clear alignment and communication with key internal stakeholders (BU leadership, product management, pricing, operations, customer journey management).
  • Establish and drive robust sales processes and discipline (e.g., monthly business reviews, SFDC pipeline development and conversion).
  • Possess a clear understanding of PAM, SAM, TAM, and effective utilization of regional sales teams to capture opportunities.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Your Ideal Background:
  • 10+ years of B2B Sales Management experience, ideally within the connectivity industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) – essential for working in our international environment.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing diverse, high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong commercial, technical, and strategic acumen with experience in sales planning, demand forecasting, and regional growth strategies.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity while maintaining focus on long-term goals and delivering results.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator, able to build relationships across global, cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and experienced in using tools such as Salesforce.com, MS Office, and SAP.
