We are looking for someone to support our patients struggling with diabetes. It makes life difficult for many people, but the solution proposed by our partner makes it much easier.
Your daily tasks:
✅ Identifying health needs and providing health education for patients with diabetes;
✅ Receiving and handling more advanced medical cases at the second level of escalation;
✅ Effective handling of customer inquiries, both by phone and email, ensuring the highest level of customer service;
✅ Collecting information on all medical incidents;
✅ Organizing trainings for patients to increase their health awareness;
✅ Conducting trainings for agents in the medical area;
✅ Effective cooperation with the Head of Medical Affairs of the company;
✅ Solving problems related to calls and replacing defective products in accordance with company procedures;
This job is for you if
🏥 You have a medical degree and an active license to practice as a nurse;
💡 You have extensive diabetology knowledge, including the ability to recognize, treat and prevent diabetes;
🌍 You are fluent in English;
🏢 Experience in telephone and e-mail customer service will be a great asset;
🖥 You are excellent with MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook;
🚀 Organizational skills and the ability to perform duties with minimal supervision are your strong points;
🤝 You have the ability to positively cooperate with both employees and superiors;
😇 You demonstrate high personal culture, you exude empathy and precision in action;

📜 Employment contract;
⌚ Working hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am-9:00pm, Saturday-Sunday 10:00am-6:00pm (5 days/ week, 8h per day);
