About the Client:
Our Client is a leading North American tech company that provides all-in-one transportation management software.

Open Position: International Recruiter

Job Description:


  • Identify qualified candidates for our diverse open requirements.
  • Place job requirements on various job boards.
  • Attract, source and screen candidates using a variety of innovative techniques including social networking and direct sourcing; LinkedIn recruitment experience a must.
  • Proven ability to source and recruit candidates from non‐traditional sources,as well as strong e‐recruitment searching skills.
  • Responsible for screening the candidates to ensure their skills and qualifications meet open positions.
  • Must be able to handle multiple requirements
  • Conduct technical screening, reference checks and background checks.
  • Present job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiate the terms. Must have excellent English written and oral communication skills. Exposure to the healthcare, pharma and technology industries.
  • Work in the North American time zone.
  • Good sub‐vendor management skills.
  • Skills to use effective resourcing strategies such as Portals ‐Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, social media, networking, cold calls and direct mailing etc.
