Summary

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with .NET knowledge. As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing scalable, robust, high-quality solutions. As an engineer, you are a professional with several years of hands-on experience, possessing advanced technical skills and in-depth knowledge. You excel in problem-solving, effective communication, guiding and mentoring other engineers, making critical technical decisions, and contributing to the strategic direction of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve bugs and system issues as reported by QA or end-users.
  • Refactor legacy code to improve performance, readability, and maintainability.
  • Provide support for incidents in staging and production environments, as needed.
  • Regularly update and manage project dependencies (NuGet packages, third-party libraries).
  • Identify and address system bottlenecks or technical debt.
  • Improve observability by implementing logging, monitoring, and performance metrics.
  • Contribute to strengthening system resilience and reliability.
  • Actively participate in daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Work closely with QA to ensure proper test coverage and overall software quality.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Professional Experience
  • 5+ years of experience building Software Applications.
  • 3+ years of experience working with .NET.
Technical Skills
  • Experience in programming languages and frameworks (e.g., .NET, C#, Entity Framework)
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub, GitLab).
  • Experience with development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL).
  • Experience with APIs (e.g., REST, gRPC, GraphQL).
  • Experience with quality assurance (e.g., Unit tests).
  • Experience with containers (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
  • Experience with Cloud Services such as GCP, Azure, or AWS.
  • Experience with Linux.
  • Experience with XML.
Nice to have skills
  • Previous experience developing desktop applications.
  • Experience with security (e.g., OWASP, OAuth).
  • Experience with performance (e.g., Caching, code optimization).
