Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Logistics Operations & Customer Service Coordinator to manage daily shipments, handle client communications, and support the overall logistics flow. The ideal candidate has experience in freight forwarding, traffic coordination, or logistics operations and thrives in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the movement of shipments across international and domestic routes.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding shipment updates, delays, and documentation.
Collaborate with carriers and customs brokers to ensure smooth delivery.
Troubleshoot logistics issues and maintain proactive communication.
Maintain records and ensure operational compliance.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customer service in the supply chain field.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with logistics platforms or tools.
English proficiency (intermediate or above).
Based in LATAM or Mexico.
