Position Overview:

• Fully remote role with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Annual compensation: $100,000–$110,000 plus performance incentives

Your Role:

• Provide structured therapy sessions via secure video calls
• Build treatment plans using digital tools within an EMR system
• Participate in clinical consultations and skill-building sessions

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work
• Active Florida license: LMFT, LCSW, or LCMHC
• 1+ year of independent clinical experience
• Comfortable working with CBT and related methods
• Experience across a range of client needs and cultural backgrounds
