Sales Operations Specialist - Marine Industry
Dockmaster Software is currently looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our team in North America – (EDT time zone preferred)!
DockMaster is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is instrumental in streamlining Salesforce operations, supporting billing and customer administration, and optimizing onboarding and support workflows. Additionally, this role will partner with marketing on tradeshows, lead generation, and nurturing campaigns to ensure a seamless sales process from initial contact to customer success.
The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and enjoys working collaboratively across departments to drive efficiency and revenue growth.

The successful candidate will be based anywhere on the East Coast of the US, working in a remote work model!
