Job description

Our client is a dynamic Australian marketing and business solutions company that partners with B2B clients across various industries to drive revenue growth. They specialise in strategic outreach, lead nurturing, and pipeline acceleration.

As their operations grow, they are seeking a Senior Demand Generation / Outreach Coordinator to develop and execute data-driven outreach campaigns that generate high-quality leads and meaningful engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify target accounts and decision-makers using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise cold outreach campaigns (email + LinkedIn).
  • Coordinate campaigns with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator.
  • Craft personalised, compelling email and LinkedIn messaging.
  • Build automated workflows to nurture leads through the buyer's journey.
  • Manage and segment the prospect database for accuracy and targeting.
  • Track outreach performance and report campaign results with a test-and-iterate approach.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in cold outreach, sales development, or demand generation marketing
  • Strong experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Expandi, and Apollo
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
  • Proven track record in email automation, cold outreach, and lead generation
  • Highly skilled in campaign reporting, A/B testing, and list segmentation
  • Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and compliance standards
  • Familiar with CRM systems and account-based marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of sales psychology and persuasive messaging
