Role Overview
We’re looking for a Staff Product Strategist to join our Continuous Improvement team within Partner Success & Services.
This role is all about bringing a product mindset to how we deliver services and support our partners. As a key player in the Continuous Improvement team, you will drive strategic initiatives to optimize how Wiz delivers value to its partners. This means going beyond traditional service delivery by embedding product thinking, developing scalable methodologies that drive efficiency and consistency, and ensuring our solutions continuously evolve to meet the needs of our customers.
You’ll collaborate across Sales, Support, Technical Success, and Partner & Channel teams to identify pain points, uncover inefficiencies, and build structured feedback loops that drive actionable improvements. Your work will directly impact our ability to scale our services through partners, improve partner engagement, and enhance customer satisfaction—helping Wiz stay ahead as a market leader in cloud security.
