The Role

We are looking for a talented Email Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and building high-performing email campaigns that reflect our brand voice, align with marketing goals, and engage our target audience. The ideal candidate combines creative vision with technical expertise to deliver impactful and scalable email experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build high-converting emails that reflect our brand identity and support business goals.
Create responsive layouts optimized for both mobile and desktop across major email clients.
Collaborate with marketing, copywriting, and CRM teams to bring email campaigns from concept to execution.
Develop and maintain reusable templates in platforms such as Klaviyo, Braze, or Iterable.
Stay up to date on email UX, deliverability, accessibility, and design trends.
Leverage performance metrics (CTR, open rate, conversions) to inform design iterations.
Troubleshoot rendering issues with solid knowledge of HTML/CSS for email.
Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent iterations and A/B testing.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proven experience designing and coding emails using Klaviyo, Braze, or Iterable.
Deep understanding of responsive design best practices for email.
Proficiency in HTML/CSS with the ability to resolve rendering issues.
Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Familiarity with performance analytics and applying insights to improve design.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a marketing or agency environment.
Excellent organization and communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies.
Knowledge of accessibility standards in email design.
Proficiency with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
Background in UX/UI or conversion-focused design.
