Summary:
We're looking for a seasoned technology leader to partner closely with business stakeholders and guide the delivery of high-quality technology solutions using agile methodologies. This role is pivotal in scaling our tech platform and services to stay adaptive and resilient in a rapidly changing business environment.
The right candidate brings a blend of strategic thinking, strong leadership, and deep technical expertise. You'll have a proven background in agile delivery and architecture, and the ability to work with distributed (onshore and offshore) engineering teams. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are key, as you'll collaborate across both business and technical groups to define priorities and set delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and evolve agile development practices, focusing on continuous improvement and responsiveness to shifting business needs
• Build and maintain a high-performing, collaborative engineering culture
• Oversee project execution to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met
• Track progress and proactively manage risks or roadblocks
• Provide mentorship and regular performance feedback to team members
• Develop growth and development plans for direct reports
• Guide career pathing and succession planning across the team
