Position Overview

As a Senior Solution Consultant at Goldcast, you will play a pivotal role in the sales organization by leading technical discovery, building trust with prospective customers, and driving value alignment through customized product demonstrations and consultative guidance. Reporting to X, you will partner closely with Account Executives, Product, and Customer Success to ensure we deliver an exceptional buying experience to top-tier prospects.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, loves connecting product capabilities with customer pain points, and brings energy and precision to every customer interaction.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the technical and strategic expert in the sales process, partnering with AEs to win new business.
  • Deliver tailored product demos, workshops, and POCs that showcase the value of Goldcast to ATL and BTL personas.
  • Conduct deep discovery sessions to uncover customer goals, challenges, and current workflows
  • Translate customer requirements into effective solutions architecture and strategic recommendations.
  • Stay on top of product releases and roadmap; communicate relevant updates to prospects and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to provide voice of the customer feedback.
  • Support enablement efforts by coaching AEs on technical positioning and competitive differentiation.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar pre-sales roles within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven success supporting mid-market to enterprise deals with a consultative, value-driven approach.
  • Strong understanding of the MarTech or EventTech landscape is highly preferred.
  • Experience with SFDC, Hubspot, Marketo
  • You’re a natural storyteller who can simplify complex ideas and tailor messaging to both technical and non-technical buyers.
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • A team-first mindset, always looking for ways to support your AE partners and level up the sales motion.

Compensation

Goldcast is a remote organization with access to an office in Boston for occasional gatherings. The CEO is located in the Boston area.

Goldcast.io offers a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development. The salary range for this role is $115,000 - $135,000, with flexibility based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package.
