  • Build business cases and measure the impact of your product innovation, with your data science partners.

  • Author strategy memos and presentations and represent your team’s work to senior executives.

  • Deeply understand and socialize the evolving needs of our customers, with your consumer insights and design partners.

As the Product Manager, Commerce Offers, you will:

  • Set the product roadmap with a focus on enhancing offer conversion and revenue across all platforms (e.g., TV, native apps, web) and throughout various customer lifecycle stages.

  • Develop and design modular, scalable, and efficient offers conversion flows across platforms, collaborating with the Partnerships Product Manager to extend reach beyond organic channels.

  • Identify key customer segments to target with tailored offers and personalized experiences and continuously refine segmentation strategies based on market trends and offers efficiency.

  • Leverage experimentation and A/B testing to optimize offer effectiveness across different cohorts.

  • Standardize critical user experiences and features while allowing for configurability and optimization.

  • Support revenue maximization in close collaboration with the Pricing and Plans team.

  • Partner with Algo PMs to improve offer delivery and efficiency.

  • Own decisions in your product area on the roadmap and what to roll out.

  • Develop and execute ideas through all aspects of the product development lifecycle including business case, design, research, development, testing, productization and iteration, on a global level.

 Ideal Skills:

  • Passion for Growth, Monetization, Lifecycle Management, Product, LTV Maximization, and/or Behavioral Science!

  • Managed a large-scale offers program and have extensive experience in executing it effectively

  • 5+ years of product management experience with a proven record of prioritizing and successfully launching impactful products or platforms.

  • Experience with growth, acquisition, monetization, lifecycle optimization, plans, in a direct-to-consumer business, preferably with global scope where the consumer is paying for the service

  • Strategic thinker with a healthy blend of deep technical knowledge with customer-focused mindset and empathy
