Pay: $69,350 - $73,000/year

The Project Manager, Creative Services, will manage the overall planning, control, status reporting and delivery of low to moderately complex creative projects to ensure that project goals and objectives are met within the agreed upon time, scope, and resource requirements.
Job Duties:

- Develop creative project plans outlining action steps and deliverables to ensure timely, quality project delivery within budget*
- Communicate with cross-functional team regarding deliverables, schedules, and issues*
- Monitor project progress, address any issues that arise, and ensure the project stays on track
- Manage large event deliverables; creating tracking mechanisms and task ownership which can be repurposed for multiple events
- Work closely with and articulate status and progress to both creative and non-creative teams*
- Creative problem-solving skills related to team, project, and cross-functional issues*
- Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills to work with designers and primary stakeholders*
- Work closely with team to ensure designs are branded properly and meet highest quality standards and verifies that all projects adhere to brand guidelines*
- Assess the needs of business partners, including scope of project, deadline, estimated time / cost, etc., and allocate resources within the team accordingly*
- Add new projects and tasks to the job tracking system*
- Track the day-to-day progress of projects to ensure that business partner’s deadlines and budget constraints are being met*
- Document and archive projects to verify that an accurate historical record is being maintained
- Coordinate with clients to understand and document project objectives and requirements
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, project management or business required
- Three to five years of creative project management experience required
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and conflict resolutions skills required
- Strong understanding of the creative project development
- Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills required
- Ability to prioritize and work on multiple highly detailed projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with project management applications (Wrike preferred)
- Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required
- Ability to make independent decisions and use problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
- Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Skilled at developing roject specification documents and developing project timelines
- Understanding of studio workflow process, approval procedures, software and equipment
- Ability to multi-task and change priorities as needed
- Proven ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials/documents
- Attention to detail, time management and problem-solving skills
