Job Description
  • As IT project manager for the sales organization, ensure alignment between business objectives and technological solutions.
  • Lead IT projects with a team of business analysts, business system analysts, and product owners to ensure initiatives are planned and executed on time and on budget.
  • Accountable for defining project vision for sales platform products and other key sales initiatives, including defining both standard and custom product features and setting target project goals.
  • Accountable for managing project plans, prioritization, and capability roadmapping for sales technology.
  • Work closely with teams to ensure that new initiatives and capabilities are developed and launched on schedule and within budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure that the platforms remain competitive.
  • Use data and analytics to track project tasks, product performance, identify areas of improvement, and make decisions about future projects.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed about project initiatives, product development, performance, and operations.
  • Organize and lead quarterly business reviews with strategic vendors and business stakeholders.
  • Drive results across a broad spectrum of requests, daily ad-hoc issues, tactical, projects, and strategic information technology initiatives.
  • Lead business readiness and deployment activities for new IT project launches and deployments.
  • Summarize technical designs and changes to nontechnical audiences while providing direction to the project teams.
  • Telecommuting permitted from anywhere within the U.S.

Target Base Salary Range: $175,000 - $205,600 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
