Delta is looking to fill a full-time Investigative Research Analyst position. Below is the desired criteria.

Responsibilities:

• Included but not limited to conducting Asset Checks, Locates, Desktop Activity Checks, Document Retrievals, Employment Verifications, Employment Status Checks, Employment Screenings, Database Searches, Criminal History Reports, Driver’s License Checks, Backgrounds (traditional and extended), Business Backgrounds, Court House Research, Retrieve various Police Reports and Documents, Vehicle Insurance Verification, Social Security Verification, and Hourly Investigations.
• Conduct social media searches on all major platforms, Follow Up Scoops Reports, Monitoring Video Capture reports
• Use customer service skills to contact various facilities to obtain/request records and record specific results based on case needs.
• Conduct online research to identify and populate medical facilities in a surrounding area that you will call to locate the necessary information for calls.
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
• Reviews files, records, and obtain information to respond to requests
• Perform data entry efficiently
• Conduct internet searches to research pertinent information utilizing various online platforms including social media, government websites, state official websites, etc.
• Manage sensitive and confidential material and information with discretion
• An analyst may be required to testify should a case go to trial. The analyst will testify to the work conducted within their report.


Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements:

• Investigative Research Experience in the Insurance and Fraud industry including but not limited to Worker’s Compensation, Auto Claims, General Liability, Property claims, and Life and Health.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, primarily Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent English and grammar skills, written and verbal
• Must possess the ability to work efficiently and accurately
• Must be detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to learn quickly
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Must manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately
• Experience in obtaining court records and court terminology
• Dependable

Physical Requirements: 

    • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for up to 8-10 hours at a time
    • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
    • The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
