We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Product Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. Performance Marketing:
Develop, manage, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and more.
Own end-to-end campaign execution, including audience segmentation, creative testing, bidding strategies, and funnel optimization.
Implement data-driven strategies to increase user engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
Manage marketing budgets efficiently, focusing on scalability and achieving ROI targets.
Build and maintain a robust tracking infrastructure using Google Tag Manager for accurate attribution and analytics.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives and campaign strategies.
Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports to stakeholders.
Technical Profile
Demonstrated experience in owning and scaling SEO, content marketing, and performance campaigns within high-growth environments.
Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic fundamentals.
Strong proficiency in analytics and reporting tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Looker, and Tableau to track performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
Hands-on experience with tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager) for conversion and event tracking.
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) for lead nurturing and audience segmentation.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to troubleshoot tracking issues and support SEO implementation.
