Remote National Parks Travel Specialist

Are you passionate about the outdoors and America’s incredible National Parks? Join us as a National Parks Travel Specialist and help travelers explore iconic landscapes, breathtaking trails, and unique wildlife through expertly crafted experiences.

This flexible, remote opportunity allows you to work from anywhere while building custom trips to the U.S. National Parks. No prior travel industry experience is necessary!

Core Responsibilities:
  1. Client Discovery: Conduct consultations to understand travelers’ interests, physical ability levels, and travel goals to recommend appropriate National Park adventures.

  2. National Parks Knowledge: Act as an expert on U.S. National Parks—including ecosystems, trails, attractions, and conservation efforts—while keeping up with seasonal updates and regulations.

  3. Tailored Itineraries: Create custom travel plans highlighting each park’s standout features, such as scenic drives, guided hikes, wildlife sightings, and cultural heritage sites.

  4. Lodging Guidance: Recommend and assist in booking accommodations like park lodges, cabins, campgrounds, or nearby hotels based on client preferences.

  5. Activity Planning: Coordinate a wide range of outdoor activities including nature tours, kayaking, bird watching, photography sessions, and evening programs like stargazing.

  6. Transportation Coordination: Assist in planning travel logistics, including rental cars, shuttle options, self-guided routes, or guided park tours, with an emphasis on ease and accessibility.

  7. Ongoing Support: Provide responsive customer service throughout the planning and travel process, addressing concerns and special requests to ensure a smooth and memorable experience.
