We are looking for 

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Junior IT Support Specialist (m/f/d) , who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our IT Team.

Your role in BizAway

  • Providing first-level support to all BizAway employees, both in-person and via remote access, for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Configuring, deploying, retrieving, and troubleshooting Windows and macOS laptops and mobile devices.
  • Supporting and maintaining peripherals like monitors, keyboards, printers, and office A/V equipment.
  • Managing user accounts using our cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM) system, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Contributing to internal IT documentation, guides, and FAQs.
  • Assisting with IT inventory tasks.


 

Your basic qualifications

  • Knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
  • Knowledge of Android and iOS mobile operating systems
  • Experience in troubleshooting common hardware, software, and network issues
  • Basic understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users 
  • Proactive, service-oriented attitude with a focus on user satisfaction
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Availability to travel occasionally to other company locations or for training

  • Previous work in a fast-paced, international tech environment
  • Experience with IT asset management and inventory tools
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms
